PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller in which at least a sponge layer made of a foam rubber, and a solid layer made of a rubber or a resin are concentrically and sequentially formed on a shaft, the rubber roller capable of preventing displacements of the solid layer.SOLUTION: In a rubber roller 10 in which at least a sponge layer 12 made of a foam rubber, and a solid layer 13 made of a rubber or a resin are concentrically and sequentially formed on a shaft 11, a coefficient of static friction between the sponge layer 12 and the solid layer 13 is 3.0 or more. |
