1. A labeling article configured to be affixed to one or more items, the labeling article comprising:
a sheet portion having a front surface and a rear surface; and a plurality of bands flatly conjoined to the sheet portion, and each of the plurality of bands comprising:
a first end bonded to the rear surface of the sheet portion at a first bond zone;a second end bonded to the rear surface of the sheet portion at a second bond zone; anda stretchable span extending between the first end and the second end and flatly conjoined to the sheet portion, wherein the stretchable span is configured to be pulled away from the sheet portion and stretched to form a loop with the sheet portion that is extendable around a portion of the one or more items to which the labeling article is to be affixed; wherein the plurality of bands are separate from each other and have a combined surface area that is less than about 50% of a surface area of the rear surface of the sheet portion.
