The present invention relates to an X-ray detector assembly to reduce heat noise. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the X-ray detector assembly comprises: a scintillator panel which converts an X-ray emitted from an X-ray generating device into light of a preset wavelength; at least one avalanche diode arranged on a lower part of the scintillator panel, generating a voltage or a current of a preset size based on a brightness of light with a preset wavelength range converted by the scintillator panel; a bias voltage supply part electrically connected to the at least one avalanche diode respectively, transmitting the bias voltage to the at least one avalanche diode respectively; and a pixel array electrically connected to at least one avalanche diode, obtaining an X-ray detection image by receiving a voltage and current generated from the at least one avalanche diode. |
