The present invention relates to a device capable of: reducing gas expenses and energy consumption for heating by preventing an intake of external cold air to an indoor space via a window of a residential area; saving energy by minimizing energy consumption by preventing a discharge of cold air through the window in order to improve cooling efficiency in the summer; preventing yellow dust peaked in spring; and preventing hazardous materials due to smog began in China in the autumn and winter as an emerging environmental problem. The yellow dust and smog began in China contain heavy metals toxic to humans such as nitrate, sulphate, chromium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, and the like, thus obstructing healthy living. For such reasons, the present invention is invented by an effort to make a step forward to solve the problem, not an incomplete device, which is a temporary expedient to solve the problem or weighted in favour of a particular season. Especially, to solve a problem of dew condensation the window consequentially generated in the case of reducing gas expenses and energy consumption for heating, the device wherein a dew condensation inducing pipe on an indoor surface of an insulating film of the device is invented to sense condensation liquid water falling in a window frame and discharging the condensation liquid water to the outside of the window. Especially, the condensation liquid water of the window is induced by generating the torque of a motor by using repulsive power generated between identical poles (S pole ↔ S pole) by using the polarity of a magnet and the buoyancy of polystyrene, thus the condensation liquid water of the window is rapidly and completely removed. |
