PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an arrangement place of a storage battery effective for stabilizing a power system.SOLUTION: A storage battery installation support device includes: a first tidal current calculation execution part for performing first tidal current calculation estimating the situation where an accident does not occur in the power system, while using system information indicating a configuration of the power system; a storage battery information acquisition part for acquiring information about the storage battery to be installed in the power system; a second tidal current calculation execution part for performing second tidal current calculation estimating the situation where an accident occurs in the power system, regarding the case where the storage battery is installed at positions to be candidates within the power system, while using the information about the storage battery and the system information; and an installation schedule selection part which calculates an evaluation value indicating a degree of a change in a voltage phase difference between neighboring nodes within the power system before and after the accident in accordance with a result of the first tidal current calculation and a result of the second tidal current calculation and determines the installation position of the storage battery and charge/discharge power for each accident on the basis of the evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
