PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation tube for supplying and aspirating water for an endoscopic surgery, the irrigation tube being capable of supplying water to irrigate a part of a surgical field and a large area in an abdominal cavity, the irrigation tube being capable of aspirating the irrigation water without aspirating a tissue in the abdominal cavity and pneumoperitoneum gas.SOLUTION: A sheath 20 includes a hollow cylindrical tube 22 with a first hollow hole 22p formed therein and a tip 23 joined to one end of the tube 22. Multiple first through holes 28 are formed at a tip side area 28s of the tube 22, and a second through hole 29 is formed at the tip 23. An inner tube 30 includes a second hollow hole 32p formed therein and one end 32t disposed in the first hollow hole 22p in the sheath 20 such that the end 32t faces spaced apart from the tip 23 of the sheath 20. An opening 32k is movable from a position nearest the tip 23 of the sheath 20 in a direction away from the tip 23 along the first hollow hole 22p. Water can be supplied and aspirated through the second hollow hole 32p of the inner tube 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
