PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure partial load extension of a cord, in in-line without cutting-out work of a cord sample.SOLUTION: A partial load extension measurement device 1 comprises: at least one movable sheave 5 which passes a cord 2 and can move in at least any direction; grip means 6, 7 capable of gripping both ends of a cord part 2a including a part which is passed to the movable sheave, in a state that the cord is passed the movable sheave; cord tension measurement means 8 capable of measuring tension of the cord part in a state that both ends of the cord part are gripped by the grip means; sheave drive means 15 for moving the movable sheave; cord length measurement means 14 capable of measuring length of the cord part; and calculation means 13 for calculating elongation of partial load extension of the cord, based on the respective length of the cord part measured by the cord length measurement means, under plural different tensions of the cord part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
