The present invention relates to a launcher which can launch a life ring in a capsule. More specifically, the smart life ring capsule launcher comprises: a display (10′) disposed in a control room of a rescue ship; a main body unit (100) comprising an infrared zoom (101) disposed on a front surface thereof, a microcomputer (110) and a gyroscope (120) disposed therein, and a left/right servo (105) disposed on a lower end thereof; a launcher (200) disposed above the main body unit (100) and separated from the upper end of the main body unit (100); and a control center (300) disposed on one side of a fixing plate (301) disposed on the lower end of the left/right servo (105). The smart life ring capsule launcher further comprises: an elevation adjustment unit (201) disposed on a lower end of a middle shaft of the launcher (200); and a plurality of vertical servos (109) disposed on the upper end of the main body unit (100) and wire-connected to the microcomputer (110). Therefore, a victim can be rescued within a short period of time. An accident caused by throwing a life ring can be prevented. A victim located at a relatively far distance can be easily rescued. |
