PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to arrange the display order of a list of email addresses displayed on a display unit in a receiving side device in the suitable order per transmission destination email address, so as to attract the interest of users of all of the transmission destination email addresses in the case of accepting a plurality of email addresses as transmission destinations for email data.SOLUTION: A communication device comprises a reception unit and an email data generation unit. The email data generation unit generates, per transmission destination, email data including an email body accepted by the reception unit, transmission destination information having one transmission destination among a plurality of transmission destinations accepted by the reception unit as a transmission destination, and transmission destination list information which sequentially indicates a list of the plurality of transmission destinations and in which the order of one transmission destination in the transmission destination list information is forwarded from the order accepted by the reception unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
