PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell having a simplified manufacturing process and excellent durability, a method for manufacturing the same, and electronic equipment coming with the organic thin-film solar cell.SOLUTION: An organic thin-film solar cell 100 comprises: a substrate 10; a transparent electrode layer 11 arranged on the substrate 10; an organic layer 14 arranged on the transparent electrode layer 11; a metal electrode layer 16 arranged on the organic layer 14; a passivation layer 26 arranged on the metal electrode layer 16; a photocurable resin layer 34 arranged on the passivation layer 26; and a barrier film 36 arranged on the photocurable resin layer 34.
