PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance moisture resistance of a photoelectric conversion module.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module 102 includes a substrate 1, a photoelectric conversion part arranged on the first principal surface of a substrate 1, wiring conductors 13a, 13b connected electrically with the photoelectric conversion part on the first principal surface side of the substrate 1, and led out to the second principal surface side, on the opposite side from the first principal surface of a substrate 1, by penetrating the substrate 1 or passing the side face thereof, a first sealing material 14 arranged on the first principal surface and sealing the photoelectric conversion part, and a second sealing material 15 having a diffusion factor of water larger than that of the first sealing material 14, and covering at least a part of the second principal surface by depositing on the wiring conductors 13a, 13b led out to the second principal surface side, thus surrounding the outer periphery of the wiring conductors 13a, 13b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
