PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connector capable of reducing a stress occurring at a solder joint between a contact and a circuit board, without causing reduction in the assembling efficiency or up-sizing of the cable connector, regardless of whether or not there is a lock arm.SOLUTION: A cable connector 10 includes a connector body 11, a plurality of mutually insulated contacts 13 juxtaposed to the connector body 11, a circuit board 14 for solder joining the board connection 13b of the contact 13 and a cable 1, respectively, and an insulating mold 15(16, 17) that is a cover at a part for connecting the cable 1 to the connector body 11. In the base 11a of the connector body 11, a space 20 to be filled with inner mold resin when molding an inner mold 16 is provided, and the inner mold 16 is formed integrally with the inner mold resin (anchor 30) that is held in the space 20 in the connector body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
