Provided are a stacked ceramic electronic component and a mount substrate thereof. The stacked ceramic electronic component comprises: a stacked ceramic capacitor including a first external electrode and a second external electrode spaced apart from each other on a mount surface of a ceramic body; and a first terminal electrode and a second terminal electrode disposed to face each other in ′⊂′ and ′⊃′ shapes on the mount surface of the stacked ceramic capacitor, wherein each terminal electrode includes an upper horizontal part arranged on the bottom of the first and the second external electrode, a bottom horizontal part arranged to be separated downwards from the upper horizontal part, and a curved vertical part connecting one end of the upper horizontal part and one end of the bottom horizontal part. According to the present invention, provided is a stacked ceramic electronic component with reduced acoustic noise, and a mount substrate thereof.
