PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for a power storage device, which can suppress the exfoliation of an active material or filler in cases of an active material layer and a protection layer which are increased in film thickness, and which can suppress the occurrence of crack when winding an active material layer or protection layer which are increased in film thickness.SOLUTION: A binder composition for a power storage device according to the present invention comprises: a polymer (A); and a liquid medium (B). The polymer (A) includes, in 100 mol% of all repeating units, 30-70 mol% of a repeating unit (A1) expressed by the general formula (1), and 30-70 mol% of a repeating unit (A2) expressed by the general formula (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
