PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost returning service using stamp cards, the technology capable of dealing with loss of the stamp cards and reducing time and effort to manage the stamp cards.SOLUTION: A storage processing part 172 reads a customer's stamp card through a script reading part 12 in response to an operation to store stamp card information by the customer to acquire information on a shop that has issued the stamp card and the number of stamp images impressed on the stamp card, and stores, in a server, the number of stamp images as the number of the customer's points in the shop that has issued the stamp card. A reissue processing part 173 prints a stamp card showing the number of points stored in the server in response to an operation to print a reissue stamp card by the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
