PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device that inhibits malfunctioning that can be caused by repeated lifting/lowering of window glass.SOLUTION: A lifting device includes a motor unit and a link mechanism for lifting/lowering window glass. The link mechanism includes a base plate 80, a first support member for supporting the window glass, a second support member, a driven gear 61 rotated by a drive gear of the motor unit, a lift arm 62 disposed on the driven gear 61, and an auxiliary arm. An engaging part 88 is disposed on the base plate 80, for restricting a movement range of the driven gear 61. A contacting part 66 is disposed between a rotation axis 63 of the driven gear 61 and teeth of the driven gear 61, the contacting part being in contact with the engaging part 88. The contacting part 66 comes in contact with the engaging part 88 of the base plate 80 when the lift arm 62 brings the window glass to a lower dead center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
