PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood analyzer, diagnosis support method, and computer program capable of accurately performing the determination about anemia.SOLUTION: The blood analyzer includes: a light source unit 62 for irradiating a measurement sample with light; a fluorescence detection unit 63 for detecting self-fluorescence emitted from a red blood cell in the measurement sample; and an information processing unit 3 for acquiring self-fluorescence information related to the red blood cell for emitting self-fluorescence detected by the fluorescence detection unit 63.
