PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft having external appearance with excellent design properties in the golf club shaft having various types of decorations on the surface of a body layer.SOLUTION: A golf club shaft 10 according to the present invention includes: a body layer 20 molded of a fiber-reinforced resin material, where a reflectance of the surface is set to 10-50% by a metal thin film provided on the surface or a silver coating consisting primarily of silver; and a decoration layer 30 provided on the surface of the body layer, where the height thereof with respect to the surface of the body layer is set to 25-100 μm. The body layer 20 is so formed that the surface roughness (Rz) thereof is 2 μm or less. The reflectance of the decoration layer 30 is set higher than that of the surface of the body layer 20 by 10% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
