Disclosed are a direct current transformer and a conduction heating apparatus using the same. The direct current transformer includes: a primary winding unit in which at least two coils with two or more turns are disposed; a secondary winding unit comprising at least two conductor blocks intersecting each of the coils of the primary winding unit and disposed in parallel; and a cut core enclosing the primary and secondary winding units. According to the present invention, the direct current transformer and the conduction heating apparatus using the same can guarantee high efficiency at an extremely low impedance load by minimizing a reactance value of a self-coil.
