摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airborne particle density measurement method and a device thereof capable of preventing contamination of measurement means and high in vibration resistance and capable of performing adsorption and measurement within a single device, and further, an easily portable device of a small size capable of reducing the measurement time.SOLUTION: A device for measuring the density of airborne particles in the atmosphere includes: adsorption means for adsorbing atmosphere; a collection filter for collecting the airborne particles contained in the atmosphere by making the absorbed atmosphere by the adsorption means to flow inside; a collection filter installation part for making the collection filter set at a position corresponding to the adsorption means; a spectrometer for performing spectrometry of the collection processed filter which has collected the airborne particles in the atmosphere; a collection processed filter installation part for making the collection processed filter installed at a position corresponding to the spectrometer; and calculation means for obtaining the density of the airborne particles in the atmosphere from spectroscopic measurement data by the spectrometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
