摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a servo actuator capable of making the servo actuator highly responsible, even when a control object is a low-rigidity load.SOLUTION: The control system for the servo actuator includes an actuator 5 for driving a low-rigidity load 1, a driving part 7 for driving the actuator 5, and a controller 10 for outputting a control signal for driving the actuator 5 to the driving part 7. The controller 10 includes a subtractor 31 for calculating a deviation between a command signal and an output signal from a position detector 56 and a dynamic compensator 34 having such a characteristic that a gain is decreased in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of the low-rigidity load 1. The driving part 7 is driven by the control signal calculated on the basis of the output of the dynamic compensator 34 in which the deviation subtracted by the subtractor 31 is processed by the characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
