FIELD: pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method for producing an inclusion complex disulfiram (DSF) with unsubstituted or substituted cyclodextrin, for which unsubstituted cyclodextrin (NDC) or a substituted cyclodextrin selected from group consisting of methylcyclodextrin (MCS), dimethylcyclodextrin (DMCD), trimethylcyclodextrin (TMCD) and hydroxypropylcyclodextrin (HPCD), taken in solid form or dissolved in water or alcohol while stirring and a temperature of 20 to 70 °C combined with disulfiram (DSF) as a solid, melt or alcoholic solution, wherein alcohol is selected from methanol, ethanol, n-propanol or iso-propanol, molar ratio of HPβCD and DSF is from 2.01:1 to 2.40:1, mixture is cooled to 0-25 °C, lyophilised and subjected to filtration or solvent is evaporated.EFFECT: technical result is a method for producing a water soluble inclusion complex of cyclodextrin with disulfiram - active ingredient of eye drops, which can be isolated in a purity satisfying requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of Russia.7 cl, 5 ex, 6 dwg, 2 tbl |
