FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of blasting a metal part surface to produce nanostructured surface layer, and a device for its implementation. Method involves exposure on the surface (1) of metal part flow (20) particles with sphericity of 85% or more to achieve particles surface (1) for the several main incidence angles distributed mainly within the cone or the cone film with outer half angle (α, α+β, α-β) being 10° -45°, until obtaining nanostructured surface layer (3). Particle diameter is less than 2 mm and more than 0.1 mm, the particles are projected at the rate of 40 m/sec up to 100 m/s in a jet of particles in the form of a stream (20) projected in the central direction (25). Metal part is attached to the support (14) so that inclination (α) of the part surface subjected to the stream (20) ranges from 10° to 30° relative to the central direction. Support (14) or projecting device (11) is rotatable around the axis aligned with the central direction of the jet of particles.EFFECT: technical result is increased thickness of nanostructured surface layer of metal part.9 cl, 5 tbl, 23 dwg |
