The present invention relates to a method to design a dynamic license semantic model for the distribution of works between individuals. In order to expand an expression of a dynamic license DRM right, a modification right, a use right, a distribution right, and a meta right are included in a right range but an RDF/OWL format, which is an ontology technological language, is applied as a syntax format for the expression of the right, and an entity, including a license, a creator, a user, a work, and a device, is defined and semantic relations between the data are defined depending on the RDF/OWL format. Therefore, the present invention is capable of vitalizing the distribution of personal digital works. |
