ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

The present invention provides an organic light emitting display which can prevent the deterioration of display quality due to external light reflection. The organic light emitting display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a unit pixel including two or more sub pixel parts. The sub pixel part includes: a thin film transistor located on a substrate; a reflection layer located on the tin film transistor; a first electrode located on the reflection layer; a bank layer of exposing part of the first electrode; a light emitting layer located on the exposed first electrode; and a second electrode located on the light emitting layer. At least one of the sub pixel parts includes a passivation layer between the reflection layer and the first electrode. The passivation layer has different thickness for each sub pixel part.
