The present invention relates to a powder excessive supply blocking device for ascon production facilities, which is installed in a conventional ascon production facilities, the powder excessive supply blocking device comprising: a powder transfer screw connecting-installed to a lower portion of one or a plurality of cyclones collecting powder generated from a dryer to collect the powder sorted from the cyclones and transfer it in one direction; a powder supply adjustment part transferring the powder provided from the powder transfer screw to a first divergent pipe when the dryer is normal-operated or a second divergent pipe when the dryer idle-rotates according to operation of a divergent plate, wherein a powder introduction pipe connecting-installed to a lower portion of one side of the powder transfer screw is provided, the first and second divergent pipes are installed on a lower portion of the powder introduction pipe to communicate with each other, and the divergent plate for supplying the powder to only one of the first and second divergent pipes; a first supply screw connecting-installed to a lower portion of the first divergent pipe and supplying the powder from the first divergent pipe to a powder insertion hole of an aggregate elevator; a fin particle storage bin connecting-installed to a lower portion of the second divergent pipe and in which the powder from the second divergent pipe is stored when the dryer idle-rotates; and a second supply screw connecting-installed to a lower portion of the powder storage bin to supply the powder from the powder storage bin to the powder insertion hole when the dryer is normally operated. |
