The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular disorders, comprising: losartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a disintegrant; and a coating base material. The composition of the present invention has the best combination and the optimum ratio of the disintegrant and the coating base material, shows sufficient strength and a high dissolution rate of pharmacological ingredients under various pH environments, and thus being able to be helpfully used for the preparation of an excellent solid formulation exhibiting both improved drug delivery efficiency and improved storage stability.
