A ring metal belt processing technique. Shaping by spinning and pressuring is used to process a ring metal belt. The perimeter of a steel pipe is determined by matching the outer diameter of a core rod and the inner diameter of the metal pipe. A pipe is shaped by spinning and pressuring, and is then cut into numerous different steel belts according to different width requirements. Compared to traditional methods, the control method is simple, precisely controls the perimeter, and enhances the product pass rate, thereby enhancing the production efficiency of ring steel belts. |
