The present invention relates to an ion conductor, an ion exchange membrane comprising the same, a membrane-electrode assembly, and a fuel cell. The ion conductor includes: hydrophilic regions comprising a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1; and hydrophobic regions comprising a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2. The ion conductor improves the formation of a water channel in the hydrophilic regions by controlling the morphology of multi-block copolymers, thereby increasing ion conductivity.
