A composite cylinder for molding machines which is obtained by forming an inner layer by a centrifugal casting method on the inner surface of a cylindrical outer layer constituted of a steel and in which the inner layer is constituted of an Ni-based alloy that contains, in terms of mass%, 0.05-1% C, 0.5-6% Si, 0.01-3% Mn, 1-20% Cr, 1.5-4% B, 1-15% Co, 5-40% Fe, and 0.02-0.2% V, with the remainder consisting substantially of Ni and unavoidable impurities. |
