The present invention relates to a polarizing control film for 2D/3D conversion which simplifies a structure by changing a light modulation means, and a stereoscopic display device using the same. The polarizing control film of the present invention comprises: a film substrate; a plurality of first and second electrodes alternating on the film substrate; and a liquid crystal layer filled with nano-liquid crystals, on the film substrate including first and second electrodes, having optical isotropy when a voltage does not applied, and having optical anisotropy when the voltage is applied.
