The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a laminated optical sheet, having a rewinder roll, a slot die, a hard mold, and a resin curing device form a single unit process, and comprising two or more of each, wherein at least one of two or more hard molds is a hard mold in which a structured pattern is arranged on the surface perpendicularly to the moving direction of a sheet. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing an optical sheet manufactured by using the same. Provided are the method for manufacturing an optical sheet and the apparatus thereof, manufacturing all of laminated optical sheets by a direct molding method, not an indirect molding method, for improving yield of the process.
