SOLUTION: This guarantee money collating device is provided with a money deposit part 601 to deposit reserve for change and/or entrusted money, a change amount input part 603 to input amount information of the change, a money paying part to pay the inputted amount of currencies from currencies deposited by the money deposit part 601, a deposit amount storage part 602 to store amount information of the currencies deposited by the money deposit part 601, a paid amount storage part 605 to store amount information of the currencies paid by the money paying part 604, a guarantee amount deciding part 609 to decide guarantee amount to be an object to be guaranteed based on the amount information stored by the storage parts, a management terminal transmitting part 612 to transmit information regarding the decided guarantee amount to a management terminal 102 to manage the changer and an insurance terminal transmitting part 613 to transmit the information regarding the guarantee amount with the same contents as that of the management terminal transmitting part to a terminal of an insurance company.
