The present invention provides an ultrasonic transducer which comprises a rear substrate formed by a complex material of first portions of high thermal conductivity and second portions having flexibility. According to the present invention, the ultrasonic transducer comprises: a rear block; a rear substrate which is laminated on the rear block and which comprises the first portions and the second portions wherein the first portions are repetitively arranged and the thermal conductivity of the first portions is higher than thermal conductivity of the second portion; a plurality of piezoelectric elements; and a piezoelectric layer laminated on the rear substrate.
