PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently perform receiving/shipping from an automated warehouse.SOLUTION: A receiving/shipping support system has a control device which controls a travel route of an unmanned carrier 1, and the unmanned carrier 1 which changes a travel direction by 90° unit without changing a direction of a loaded article 9. The unmanned carrier 1 has a loading device for loading the article 9, loads the article 9 on the loading device at a loading place, travels in a trackless travel area Z1 according to control by the control device and moves to an unloading place. When the carrier arrives the unloading place, the carrier operates the loading device thereby unloading the loaded article 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
