The present invention relates to a temperature maintaining device of a controller for a vessel ballast water treating system capable of maintaining a usage temperature condition at low cost with low electricity by applying a local temperature maintaining type, not for the whole room, to maintain the user temperature condition of the controller in the case of a petroleum product carrying vessel (hereunder, product cattier (PC)) in an ice class capable of sailing in a severe cold weather. The present invention provides the temperature maintaining device of the controller for a vessel ballast water treating system including a heating fan installed in a control room with a controller of an electrolyzing device used for the sterilization of the ballast water; an air pipe connected to the controller to supply hot air of the heating fan to the controller; a temperature sensor installed inside the control room; and a power control unit electrically connected to a power unit of the heating fan and the temperature sensor using signals.
