PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module including plural solar cells capable of cost reduction, and to provide a clock with solar cell.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 30 of a clock with solar cell includes: a pair of solar cells 31 and 32 which are disposed parallel to each other in planar view; and a light transmissive surface sheet 33 which is attached to the surface of the solar cells 31 and 32. With this, the surface of the solar cells 31 and 32 is covered and protected by the surface sheet 33 attached to the surface thereof.
