A 3D panel and a preparation method therefor, and a 3D display device provided with the 3D panel. The 3D panel comprises a first substrate (1), a second substrate (1'), and liquid crystals filled between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (1'), wherein both the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (1') are provided thereon with common electrodes (2, 2') and signal electrodes (7, 7'). Since the substrates (1, 1') on two sides of the 3D panel are respectively provided with the signal electrodes (7, 7'), the switching of the quantity of viewpoints on a physical level is realized; and in addition, the electrodes (2, 7; 2', 7') on the substrates (1, 1') on two sides of the 3D panel can be independently controlled, and by switching signals of the upper and lower substrates (1, 1'), the switching of the functions of the grating electrodes (2, 7; 2', 7') of the upper and lower substrates can be realized, thereby increasing the application range of the 3D panel, and improving the compatibility and multifunctionality of the 3D panel.
