Provided is a radio network system including gateways and end terminals, which includes: a time slot distributing unit configured to distribute time slots by which each of the gateways perform a radio communication, wherein the time slot distributing unit is configured to distribute the time slots such that the closer a distance between each of the gateways, a time difference between beginning points of the time slots becomes longer.
