The present invention relates to a sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus which enables automatic correction in deflection of a shaft supporting a rotating disk of a rotating disk-type sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus. The sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus comprises a laser pointer. The laser pointer (70) includes: a laser diode (LD) which emits a laser beam (B1); a housing (71) which accommodates the laser diode (LD); a pair of globular rings (72, 73) formed at both ends of the outside of the housing (71), and coming in contact with an inner circumferential surface of a hollow hole (22); a rubber insertion groove (74) formed at the center of the outside of the housing (71); a rubber bushing (75) inserted inside the rubber insertion groove (74), and having an attachment groove (75g) on the outside; a soft attachment layer (76) formed at the attachment groove (75g), and attaching the rubber bushing (75) and a hollow axis (20); a charge battery (77) installed inside the housing (71); and a charge terminal (78) installed at the rear end of the housing (71), and receiving power supply for charging the charge battery (77). |
