The lamp housing has an LED module (2) including a bottom surface and an upper surface. A support (3) is provided with a support surface on which a bottom surface of the LED module is arranged. The two mutually separate holder elements (1) have a support section (12) which is mounted outside of the abutment surface on the support, and a holding portion (13) projected over the upper surface of the LED module. The holding portion holds the LED module on the contact surface of the support. The holder element is made of stainless steel or spring steel.
