The present invention provides a balance compensation device for a wheel disc of a vehicle. The balance compensation device for the wheel disc of the vehicle comprises: a lower mold wherein a lower die with a circular shape corresponding to a bottom of a wheel disc is mounted on an upper part, and a forming material mounted on the upper part; an upper mold arranged to face a lower mold, having an upper die with a shape corresponding to the lower die on a lower part wherein the upper mold presses and forms a forming material supplied onto the lower mold; and a plurality of guide hanging units installed in intervals on the outer circumference of the lower die wherein the forming material is mounted on a fixated position in which the lower mold is formed before the forming material is pressed and formed, and the guide hanging unit fixates the forming material to be hung while the forming material is pressed and formed. The balance compensation device for the wheel disc of a vehicle is mounted on the predetermined position wherein the lower mold is formed before the forming material is pressed and formed by the guide hanging unit, and is hung and fixated while being arranged at the predetermined position to be formed by the guide hanging unit while the forming material is pressed and formed; thus accurately forming the material, and preventing a failure of a completed wheel disc.
