<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which can improve productivity by reducing a component and reducing weld man hour. <P>SOLUTION: At least a part of a lead-out part 2a comprises a flat shape in a direction vertical to a connection surface of an anode terminal 8 on a side where a capacitor element 3 is mounted.
