The arranged has a sub-arrangement including an input connected to a control management and multiplexing unit to control a test operation. The sub-arrangement is connected to a downstream carrier management arrangement. An output of the management arrangement is connected to test sequence generating units to generate a test sequence for each carrier. Outputs of the generating units are connected to a parallel/serial converter arrangement, which is connected downstream of a filter arrangement. An output of the filter arrangement is connected to an output of the sub-arrangement. An independent claim is also included for a method for parallel processing of data streams by satellite communication connections.
