The present invention provides a posture correcting tool which has a simple structure and can be used easily. The posture correcting tool includes an attachment member 10 attachable to the head of a user and at least one pressing portion 20 which is provided in the attachment member 10, protrudes from the attachment member 10 toward the head of the user, and can press at least a portion of a peripheral surface of the head including the forehead of the user. The attachment member 10 is formed of an elastic material formed into a ring shape attachable to the peripheral surface of the head of the user, and the pressing portion 20 presses the head of the user with contractive force of the attachment member 10. |
