According to the present invention, provided are a cement mortar composition inseparable in water and a method for repairing a concrete structure using the same. The cement mortar composition comprises 5-75 wt% of an inorganic bonding material, 10-85 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.01-15 wt% of a performance-improving agent and 0.1-15 wt% of water. The performance-improving agent includes 40-98 wt% of polyacrylamide, 1-30 wt% of methyl methacrylate-vinyl chloride, 0.1-20 wt% of acrylic acid soda, 0.1-20 wt% of hydroxyl ethyl cellulose and 0.01-10 wt% of oleic acid sodium. According to the present invention, having an excellent compression strength, bending strength and adhesive strength, the cement mortar composition may be easily applied to wastewater facilities having a large amount of acidic substance, a concrete structure contacting stagnant water as well as to various existing construction methods, and has a number of effects such as enabling a machined construction including a spray coating, and an economic construction by preventing material loss owing to an excellent resistivity to material separation. Further, having superior fluidity, cohesiveness and resistivity to material separation to existing cement mortar products, the cement mortar composition may form a stable concrete structure in the water, and may achieve subsidiary effects such as prevention of underwater pollution, protection of rebar in an underwater structure, and the like. |
