<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform irradiation of an object from one side and irradiation of the same from an opposite side to that one side with just a light source arranged on that one side. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device is provided with a first and a second reflecting surfaces 25, 26 installed on the side of a light source against an object 21 and a third reflecting surface 27 installed on a side of the object 21 opposite to the light source. The first reflecting surface 25 reflects part of light emitted from the light source toward the object 21 and irradiates the object 21 from one side, and the second reflecting surface 26 reflects other part of the light emitted from the light source toward the third reflecting surface 27, and the third reflecting surface 27 reflects the light from the second reflecting surface 26 toward the object 21 and irradiates the object 21 from the opposite side to that one side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
