Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a UV-curable low viscosity complex adhesive composition, comprising the following steps: obtaining a silanol oligomer solution by mixing silane monomer at molar ratio of AlCl_3(6H_2O) : H_2O : MPTMS : GPTMS : IPA = 0.001 : 1.5 : 1.0 : 0.1 : 4, and stirring the same; obtaining an acryl oligomer by using butyl cellosolve (2-butoxyethanol) as a solvent; obtaining an acryl oligomer solution by stirring the same at molar ratio of n-butyl acrylate : methyl methacrylate : 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate : 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile : 2-butoxyethanol = 1.0 : 1.0 : 0.4 : 0.002 : 4; mixing each of the silanol oligomer solution and the acryl oligomer solution; and obtaining a UV-curable low viscosity complex adhesive adding a photo initiator, Irgacure184, after stirring the mixed solution, and stirring the same. The UV-curable low viscosity complex adhesive composition reduces VOC emission to an organic solvent and discharge of harmful substances by an unreacted monomer or the like, and has low color difference index and low viscosity by copolymerizing an organic-inorganic composite material such as an acryl monomer, silane or the like. |
