PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to change print setting by a simple method in a system for printing a text of e-mail or a file attached to e-email by transmitting the e-mail to a printer.SOLUTION: A print control server comprises: print request receiving means for receiving email in a printer as a print request; guiding means for transmitting the identification information associated with the print request to a transmission source of the print request by e-mail; print control requirement acceptance means for acquiring a print control page requirement based on the identification information from the transmission source of the print request, transmitting a print control page associated with the print request to the transmission source of the print request when acquiring the print control page requirement, and accepting a change of print setting with respect to the print request via the print control page; data conversion means for generating print data corresponding to the print setting on the basis of a text or an attached file of the print request; and print data transmission means for transmitting the print data to the printer. |
