<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact shoe having a simple configuration and capable of favorably removing an oxide film formed on an object surface. <P>SOLUTION: The contact shoe is attached to the inspection jig for inspection devices for inspecting electric characteristics of an object part of an inspection object. The contact shoe includes: a cylindrical part whose one end comes into conductive contact with an electrode part electrically connected to the inspection device; and a rod-shaped part whose one end comes into contact with the object part and extends from the other end of the cylindrical part, and whose rear end is disposed in the cylindrical part. The cylindrical part has a longitudinal spiral spring part at a circumferential edge of the wall surface of the cylindrical part, and a joining part electrically conducted with the rod-shaped part and joined therewith.
